Khodro45 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our Marketing Department. This key role will be responsible for leading and managing our social media, copywriting, and Public relations teams to create and implement communication strategies that engage, motivate, and retain our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, along with extensive experience in creative and strategic marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Communication Strategies:
Create comprehensive communication plans including driver communication content, in-app notifications, SMS campaigns, and social media engagement.
Ensure all communications are aligned with Khodro45’s brand voice and guidelines.
2. Manage and Lead Teams:
Oversee the Social media, Copywriting , and PR teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation across teams.
3. Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Provide quarterly reports on key metrics such as social media engagement, brand awareness, and perception.
4. Brand Consistency:
Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all customer touchpoints.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines across various channels.

Ability to simplify complex information and present it in a clear, concise manner.
