Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across different channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to analyze results to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, digital, social media, PR, Commercial) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Assist in managing campaign budgets and optimizing spend for better ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing campaigns or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
