Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Financial Specialist is responsible for managing financial operations related to seller and supplier payments, ensuring timely execution and accuracy of all financial transactions. This role analyzes financial data, reviews seller financial requests or complaints, identifies calculation errors or system bugs, and prepares analytical reports to support decision-making and transparency. As the key point of contact between Finance, Commercial, and technical teams, the role ensures proper implementation of structural changes in financial models and contributes to process efficiency and continuous improvement. Through strong analytical capabilities, time management, and ownership, this position plays a critical role in enhancing financial performance and providing high-quality financial services to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

  •  Management of debt and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure all invoices are paid according to contractual terms and financial policies.
  • Preparing, executing, and controlling seller and supplier payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
  • Preparing and controlling seller and supplier prepayments, ensuring correct documentation and reconciliation.
  • Reviewing, validating, and controlling seller reimbursement requests and related financial documentation.
  • Preparing analytical financial reports and dashboards related to seller/supplier payments and cash flow performance.
  • Reviewing project and payment process performance, identifying inefficiencies, and providing suggestions for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Checking, validating, and assessing new finance-related features developed by the technical/product team, ensuring accuracy of calculation models and data logic.
  • Monitoring data accuracy and analyzing details to identify system bugs or calculation errors and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner

Applying excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines and high levels of accuracy.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum academic and professional qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance
  • Experience: 
    Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a medium or large organization in the field of financial planning and analysis.
  • experience working in high-risk environments and making key decisions
  •  (Having worked in the e-commerce sector is an advantage).
  • Strategic management, enterprise architecture, project management, knowledge management, change management.
  • Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • To have treasury and banking knowledge
  • To have Tax knowledge like a seasonal report, rules and etc.
  • To have commercial accounting knowledge (sale, purchase and etc.).
  • High level of experience working with financial software such as Rahkaran ,Kosar
  • Judgment and decision-making.
  • Effective communications (Writing and speaking)
