About the Role: We are a fast-growing e-commerce platform seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Designer for our agile team. We need a commercial problem-solver who uses design to achieve business goals, not just a tool operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapid design of high-volume digital assets (banners, sliders, promos) for e-commerce campaigns.
Create all visual content for social media (posts, stories, basic motion/video).
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with content/marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design is mandatory.
E-commerce experience is a significant advantage.
Business Problem-Solver Mindset: You must think like a marketer and use design to solve business problems.
Tools: Expert in Photoshop/Illustrator; strong working knowledge of Premiere/After Effects.
Critical Skill: High speed, strong multitasking, and thriving in a fast-
