Operating in a highly competitive market, we are seeking a hands-on specialist to manage our digital campaigns with technical precision and a relentless focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Job Summary
As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be fully responsible for the technical execution, daily optimization, and in-depth reporting of all paid media channels. This is a 100% hands-on role. You must be able to deeply analyze data, identify campaign weaknesses, and take daily actions to improve key metrics such as ROAS and CPO (Cost Per Order).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management:
Build, launch, and manage daily campaigns on Google Ads, with a strong focus on Search campaigns, while also managing Shopping, Performance Max, and Display (GDN) campaigns.
Handle the technical management and optimization of campaigns on local price comparison platforms (Torb and Emalls), including inventory and pricing management within their panels.
Write compelling, optimized, and effective ad copy tailored to different user personas and funnel stages.
Continuous Optimization:
Perform daily optimization of bids, budgets, keywords (including additions, pruning, and negative keywords), and audience targeting.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and provide actionable recommendations for quick responses.
Execute A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR and CVR.
Analytics & Technical Implementation:
Demonstrate full proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) to monitor sales funnels, analyze user behavior from campaigns, and identify drop-off points.
Implement, manage, and debug tags, events, and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Prepare detailed performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) focusing on core KPIs (ROAS, CPO, CPA, Conversion Rate).
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align campaigns with an overarching strategy and seasonal promotions.
Provide technical feedback on landing page performance to the product/tech team to aid in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Required Qualifications and Competencies
A minimum of 3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
Full technical mastery of the Google Ads platform (especially Search, Shopping, and PMax).
Mandatory Expertise: Full proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). (You must be able to independently set up and debug events).
Proven, practical experience in managing campaigns on Torb and Emalls.
A highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset; you must enjoy working with numbers and dissecting data.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Experience using Jira for task management and reporting.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily optimization tasks effectively.
