Your Mission in This Role
We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist who will take full ownership of our site's technical health and performance analysis. Your mission is to ensure our website operates at a "zero-tolerance" standard for technical errors through continuous, meticulous audits. You will be responsible for deeply analyzing performance data, identifying the root causes of growth or decline, and directly connecting all SEO activities to our core business objectives (revenue growth and new customer acquisition).
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO Auditing & Health:
Perform continuous, in-depth technical audits (using tools like Screaming Frog) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Maintain daily ownership of Google Search Console, monitoring Coverage reports, Core Web Vitals, Schema implementation, and Mobile Usability.
Ensure flawless technical implementation of indexing signals, site speed optimizations (CWV), structured data (Schema), canonical tags, and robots.txt management.
Identify and analyze all instances of keyword cannibalization and implement effective solutions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Conduct deep-dive analyses of SEO performance segmented by key product categories and critical landing pages.
Identify and report on the root causes of traffic and conversion fluctuations.
Execute continuous On-Page optimization, including CTR analysis and the improvement of titles and meta descriptions to maximize traffic acquisition.
Prepare monthly performance reports for the Head of Marketing, focusing on translating technical data into actionable business insights.
Business-Driven SEO
Measure and report on key business-level metrics, specifically:
Non-Branded vs. Branded organic traffic and conversions.
New vs. Returning User conversions.
Analyze the competitive landscape and contribute to strategies aimed at increasing our Organic Market Share.
Off-Page Strategy & Hygiene
Monitor the backlink profile; conduct weekly triage of new toxic links and manage the Disavow file.
Collaborate on a link-building strategy focused on "Quality," "Relevance," and "Targeting" links to our high-priority (money) pages.

Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of [3-5] years of specialized SEO experience, with a proven and demonstrable focus on E-commerce.
Absolute mastery of Google Search Console (from Coverage reports to Core Web Vitals).
Absolute mastery of Google Analytics 4 (including the ability to build custom reports in the Explore section).
Full proficiency with advanced crawling tools (preferably Screaming Frog).
Proficiency with backlink analysis tools (such as Ahrefs or SEMrush).
Strong understanding of HTML and the ability to debug SEO issues directly from the source code.
Strong understanding of the impacts of JavaScript on SEO (especially regarding Rendering and Core Web Vitals).
Proficiency in using Jira (or similar Agile project management tools) to create detailed technical tickets and manage SEO projects within sprint-based cycles.
A deep, practical understanding of complex technical SEO challenges.
The ability to deliver clear, analytical reports that turn data into a "story" and an "action plan."
