

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and deliver cloud-based solutions across assigned industries. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, aligning cloud offerings, and ensuring overall account success.
Responsibilities:
- Business Achievement: Meet revenue and market development targets across assigned industries and accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Deeply understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver scenario-driven cloud solutions ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Strategic Account Management: Build, nurture, and grow trusted relationships with enterprise and public-sector clients.
- Cloud Solution Insight: Understand core cloud offerings and align them with client business goals and technical requirements.
- Flagship Projects: Lead development of benchmark projects that highlight our technological strengths and industry leadership.
- Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for revenue, collection, and KPI performance.
- Customer Ecosystem Building: Strengthen customer engagement through proactive communication and value-driven collaboration.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer, aligning with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure service excellence
Requirements
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, DevOps).
- Strong business acumen and ability to convey business value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in account management or cloud/IT solutions preferred.
