Job Description

The Senior Finance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations across the organization. This role oversees core accounting processes, tax matters, and financial reporting with a high level of precision. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and technical expertise to support sound financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in recording, classifying, and controlling financial documents in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Skilled in bank reconciliation and ensuring alignment between bank accounts and financial ledgers.
  • Experienced in treasury accounting, payroll, and compensation processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation and compilation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Reviewing and reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Following up on financial and accounting matters related to taxation and insurance.
  • Issuing invoices and managing receivables and payables.
  • Preparing financial statements and overseeing the submission of VAT returns and seasonal transaction reports.
  • Strong familiarity with the Taxpayers System, value-added tax regulations, and seasonal transaction filings.

Requirements:

  • Full proficiency in accounting standards, financial statements, and financial report analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of taxation processes, insurance regulations, and relevant laws.
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to deliver clear and accurate reports.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, work discipline, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Accuracy, precision, and strong attention to detail.
