The Senior Finance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations across the organization. This role oversees core accounting processes, tax matters, and financial reporting with a high level of precision. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and technical expertise to support sound financial decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in recording, classifying, and controlling financial documents in accordance with accounting standards.
- Skilled in bank reconciliation and ensuring alignment between bank accounts and financial ledgers.
- Experienced in treasury accounting, payroll, and compensation processes.
- Assisting in the preparation and compilation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Reviewing and reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Following up on financial and accounting matters related to taxation and insurance.
- Issuing invoices and managing receivables and payables.
- Preparing financial statements and overseeing the submission of VAT returns and seasonal transaction reports.
- Strong familiarity with the Taxpayers System, value-added tax regulations, and seasonal transaction filings.
Requirements:
- Full proficiency in accounting standards, financial statements, and financial report analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of taxation processes, insurance regulations, and relevant laws.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to deliver clear and accurate reports.
