Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Hiring Managers in understanding basic hiring needs and assisting in drafting clear and structured job descriptions.

  • Assisting in sourcing candidates through different channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

  • Conducting initial resume screening and coordinating interviews with candidates and interviewers.

  • Participating in interviews and supporting the evaluation of candidates’ skills and cultural fit under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Supporting the offer and hiring process, including coordination and follow-ups with candidates.

  • Helping ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assisting in onboarding activities to support new hires during their first steps in the company.

  • Acting as a support point for basic HR-related questions from employees.

  • Assisting in collecting data for exit interviews and helping analyze feedback.

  • Supporting the preparation of basic recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire).

  • Helping build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields.

  • Strong academic background and good performance at a reputable university, demonstrating learning ability, discipline, and analytical thinking.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (internships and trainee roles are acceptable).

  • Interest in recruitment, interviewing, and people-related processes.

  • Basic familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and willingness to learn ATS systems.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
