Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regional Sales Strategy: Design and execute the nationwide sales strategy to aggressively expand SnappFood’s vendor network (Restaurants, Cafe, etc.) across all city tiers, directly impacting GMV growth and market coverage.
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead and scale a distributed team of Area Sales Managers, setting rigorous sales targets (daily/monthly) and fostering a "hunter" culture focused on rapid market penetration and competitive displacement.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Exclusivity: Personally oversee high-stakes negotiations with Key Accounts and National Chains to secure favorable commission structures, optimize Take-Rates, and lock in strict exclusivity agreements to block competitors.
  • New Market Development: Identify and capitalize on white-space opportunities in untapped regions or new vendor categories, driving the Business Development agenda to increase supply density in high-demand zones.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline health, ensuring a predictable flow of qualified leads and minimizing the "Time-to-Live" (contract to online) duration through process optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales data and market intelligence to analyze regional performance, optimizing territory planning and resource allocation to maximize revenue per headcount.
  • Commercial Operations: Standardize sales SOPs and contracting processes nationwide to ensure commercial compliance, reducing friction in vendor onboarding and financial settlement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Commercial Strategy and Operations teams to ensure that sales acquisitions are aligned with logistical capacity and profitability goals (Unit Economics).

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing large, distributed teams.
  • Industry Fit: Proven experience in Platform Business Models, E-commerce, FMCG, or Food/Retail Tech is highly preferred.
  • Commercial Mindset: Deep understanding of Marketplace economics (Commission, GMV, ROI) and a track record of improving commercial terms.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong closer with the ability to handle complex contracts and objections with top-tier business owners.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing "feet-on-the-street" sales teams and driving high-performance discipline.
  • Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with data to forecast targets and analyze sales efficiency.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment typical of the Quick-Commerce industry.
