Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and third-party partners regarding products and APIs
- Support users in using APIs based on available documentation
- Perform basic API testing using tools such as Postman
- Conduct initial troubleshooting using HTTP status codes and request/response data
- Log, track, and follow up on issues with relevant internal teams
- Communicate updates, changes, and resolutions to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of APIs and RESTful services
- Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools
- Understanding of basic HTTP concepts (methods and status codes)
- Experience with Jira or ticketing systems
