Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Performance Management Specialist to enhance our company’s overall performance and efficiency. The right candidate will have strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills, and will play a key role in driving data-based decisions, optimizing supplier agreements, and improving collaboration with partners.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key business indicators (KPIs) to evaluate company, partner, and supplier performance.
• Prepare regular performance, profitability, and trend reports for management and business units.
• Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to gather insights and optimize commercial cooperation terms.
• Lead and support negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable commercial terms, pricing, incentives, and agreements.
• Identify and structure win-win deals with suppliers based on performance data, market benchmarks, and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization across business units.
• Support strategic and operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Build and maintain structured databases, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
• Present insights, deal rationales, and actionable recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Follow market trends, competitor activities, and supplier strategies to provide benchmarking and negotiation leverage.
• Participate in defining, monitoring, and refining KPIs aligned with the company’s strategic and commercial goals.
• Assist in the design and execution of initiatives aimed at improving overall business results and partner performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, commercial analysis, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability or strong potential in supplier negotiation and deal-making.
• Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
