Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for high‑volume operational roles within the Operations Department. This role focuses on building strong hiring pipelines, ensuring efficient and timely hiring, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to support operational scalability. The position also contributes to improving candidate experience, recruitment processes, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume operational roles, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency across all hiring stages.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce forecasts, and hiring strategy.

  • Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and deliver clear hiring recommendations.

  • Build and maintain scalable talent pipelines, especially for high‑demand operational functions.

  • Use multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage talent (job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, niche communities).

  • Deliver high‑quality candidate experiences with timely communication and transparent processes.

  • Track, analyze, and report hiring KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, funnel metrics, and pipeline health.

  • Ensure recruitment processes align with regulatory, compliance, and internal HR standards.

  • Collaborate with employer branding team to strengthen positioning in the talent market.

  • Contribute to HR initiatives beyond recruitment (onboarding, engagement, process improvement) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelores Degree ,Related Field such as Management, Human Resources, etc is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in high‑volume or operational environments.
