Job Description

The Commercial Manager- C2C Line is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the full lifecycle of customer‑to‑customer used‑car transactions. This role ensures a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers, while improving conversion rates, operational efficiency, and seller/ customer experience. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, data‑driven decision‑making, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the end‑to‑end C2C workflow, from car acquisition to final sale.
  • Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs, including:
    • Number of car inflows
    • Conversion rates across each stage
    • Cycle time from acquisition to sale 
    • Profit margins
  • Work closely with commercial and branch teams to enhance customer experience during inspection, pricing, contract signing, and delivery.
  • Analyze seller and buyer behavior to increase engagement, trust, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute pricing and acquisition strategies aligned with market dynamics.
  • Identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Acquisition, Product, and Branch teams to improve responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to growth initiatives and campaigns to expand both supply and demand.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the C2C team as the function scales.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial management, marketplace operations, automotive industry, or C2C/C2B/B2C business models.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience managing multi‑stage, cross‑functional processes.
  • Familiarity with the used‑car market, customer behavior, and transaction complexities.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Strong communications and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Result‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
  • Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and KPI management
