Product Sales Specialist (Gold)

Overview:

We are responsible for building strong supplier partnerships, optimizing pricing and assortment strategies, and ensuring customers have access to the right products at competitive prices. By combining data-driven insights with market awareness, the team continuously improves the end-to-end commercial performance—from sourcing to sales—within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and commercial performance
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers and lead contract negotiations
• Identify, source, and onboard new suppliers while building long-term partnerships
• Analyze historical sales data to forecast demand and customer buying behavior
• Recommend promotional activities and optimize delivery schedules to manage inventory effectively
• Take end-to-end ownership of the commercial lifecycle for assigned product categories
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns
• Ensure price competitiveness across the retail market
• Manage product assortment and inventory levels to maximize sales and efficiency

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the gold industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or procurement
• Familiarity with gold products is a strong advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset
• Proven analytical and quantitative abilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
