At Digikala Business, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer; an experienced, problem-oriented, and structured individual who can play an impactful role in designing the user experience of a complex and growing B2B platform.
This role is well-suited for someone who, in addition to strong product design expertise, can bring clarity to ambiguous situations, propose reliable solutions, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to support better product decisions and a more cohesive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences and interfaces for features, flows, and different areas of the B2B platform.
- Analyze user needs, business challenges, and available data to create effective design solutions
- Translate complex problems into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to problem definition, solution exploration, and product decision-making.
- Present and defend design decisions based on product rationale, user needs, data, and implementation constraints.
- Help maintain consistency across the user experience and ensure proper use of the Design System.
- Identify user experience pain points and propose practical improvement opportunities.
- Create reusable design patterns to reduce complexity and improve product consistency.
- Document design rationale, key decisions, and user experience patterns.
- Participate in design discussions, review solutions, and contribute to improving the quality of product outcomes.
Recruitments:
- Professional experience in digital product design, preferably in complex products, B2B, SaaS, enterprise panels, or scalable platforms.
- Strong command of UX, UI, Interaction Design principles, and user flow design.
- Ability to analyze problems before moving into solution design.
- Proficiency in Figma and design, prototyping, and documentation tools.
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into simple, understandable experiences.
- Ability to clearly present ideas and receive and apply professional feedback.
- High attention to detail, visual quality, and consistency in user experience.
- A strong sense of ownership toward the product and a serious commitment to output quality.
- Ability to influence the quality of design decisions, even in projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace, or enterprise sales processes.
- Experience working with Design Systems at an organizational scale.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate and improve design decisions.
