Job Description

  • Review daily attendance of all personnel to ensure accurate workforce tracking.
  • Onboard new employees by creating personnel files and submitting IT/access requests for laptops and email accounts.
  • Create and maintain HR profiles for FTE and 3rd-party personnel.
  • Prepare compensation & benefits documentation and ensure all required records are completed accurately.
  • Process payroll while ensuring that vacation and sick leave are correctly recorded and reflected in the system.
  • Handle and resolve payroll-related inquiries and provide accurate guidance to stakeholders.
  • Draft and prepare employment contracts for FTE employees and third-party personnel.
  • Support HR operations by assisting with the planning, coordination, and facilitation of HR activities as needed.
  • Execute special projects and additional assigned tasks to support business objectives.
  • Submit 3rd-party personnel invoice requests in SAGE and define/confirm CRGs in accordance with process requirements.
  • Report HR KPIs to the regional team to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Follow up on personnel settlement/clearance processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage personnel activation/deactivation in the HRM and MADACTO systems.
  • Generate periodic reporting related to overtime, leave balances, and working hours for the factory manager.
  • Import and update employee data in the HRM solution to maintain accurate records.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Financial Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, payroll, or related administrative functions.
  • Experience in organizations with a large workforce or complex attendance structures, such as shift-based, project-based, or multi-policy working hour systems, is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software or company-specific HR systems, with strong capability in data entry, working hour calculation, and report generation.
  • Solid knowledge of Labor Laws and payroll-related regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
