

At Digikala, the Creative Solutions team is responsible for driving content excellence through strategic planning, competitive benchmarking, and continuous innovation. The team develops content strategies, identifies opportunities to enrich product content, and proposes scalable solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the team translates market insights and competitive trends into actionable frameworks, guidelines, and initiatives that ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and aligned with customer expectations. By combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, Creative Solutions contributes to the continuous evolution of Digikala’s content ecosystem and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Benchmarking and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth benchmarking of competitors and global trends to identify best practices and innovative approaches for content enrichment.
• Content Strategy Development:
Develop and implement creative strategies for content enrichment tailored to product categories, focusing on improving user experience and conversion rates.
• Guideline Creation and Improvement:
Draft and refine category-specific content guidelines, including Comprehensive guidelines or Content Matrixes, to standardize and elevate content quality across the platform.
• Collaboration for Creative Solutions:
Work closely with the Content Production, Insight, and Quality Assurance teams to propose actionable content improvements, ensuring they are scalable, user-friendly, and cost-effective.
• Analysis of Content Performance:
Collaborate with the Insights team to monitor the impact of implemented strategies on key performance metrics, such as Conversion Rate (CR) and Click-Through Rate (CTR), and adjust strategies accordingly.
• A/B Testing and Optimization:
Design and manage A/B tests for product titles, descriptions, and other content elements to assess the effectiveness of proposed improvements and refine strategies based on results.
• Process Evaluation and Improvement:
Regularly evaluate content-related processes to identify inefficiencies or gaps, and propose optimized workflows or tools for improvement.
• Knowledge Sharing and Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest content trends, tools, and strategies in e-commerce and digital marketing, sharing insights with team members to enhance collective expertise.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience:
Considerable experience in content strategy, creative content development, or content optimization, preferably in e-commerce or a digital platform setting.
