
Guide distributors and sales teams to achieve Unilever goals.
Ensure distributor operations align with Unilever standards.
Communicate monthly plans, promotions, pricing, and discounts.
Manage payment terms, shipment orders, and payment reconciliation.
Monitor claims accuracy and brand-wise sales target achievement.
Track promotion effectiveness, market penetration, and customer coverage.
Maintain accurate customer database (address, contact, channel, classification).
Control sales rep routes, visit quality, and daily order delivery.
Conduct field visits (4 days/week) and provide performance feedback.
Report weekly findings to line manager and attend distributor meetings.
Advise on sales, merchandising, shelf structure, and POSM usage.
Increase Unilever brand visibility and shelf share vs. competitors.
Monitor competitor activity and market situation.
Oversee distributor stock (SKU level, expiry), return invoices, and daily sales analysis.
Handle LMT customer negotiations, contract renewals, and guarantee follow‑up.
Supervise mobile and stationary merchandisers (route, shelves, etc.).
Requirment:
English : Intermediate level
Experiance: Minimum 2-3 Years
Skills: Strong knowledge of sales processes, distributor operations, route management, and competitor analysis.
