Job Title: Fashion Content Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Content Specialist (Gold Squad) to join our team. This role will involve creating compelling and accurate product descriptions and reviews, crafting engaging content for product listings, and ensuring that the content reflects the latest fashion trends and product details. As part of the Fashion team, you will also be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of gold product listing creation, ensuring all product details, specifications, and attributes are accurately captured, and that each listing meets quality standards. You will manage the quality control of gold product information, verifying accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines. You will also bring creative ideas to improve product descriptions, visuals, and overall content to drive customer interest and engagement. You will collaborate with the commercial team, as well as handle freelancers’ assignments to deliver high-quality listings.

Key Responsibilities:  

•       Create engaging, informative, and persuasive product listings, descriptions and reviews that highlight key features, benefits, and specifications for a wide range of fashion and gold items

•       Regularly update and enrich product listings to reflect trends, seasonal changes and seller requests while ensuring consistency in brand standards

•       Ensure product attributes and details are accurately represented in the content

•       Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines before publication

•       Review and approve content delivered by freelancers, providing reports to management and feedback to freelancers to enhance product listings and project outcomes

•       Research and implement fashion and gold trends to keep product presentations fresh and engaging

•       Provide creative input on ways to enhance product imagery, descriptions, and overall content strategy

•       Assume the responsibility and execute enrichment projects using AI tools.

•       Stay updated on new fashion and gold trends, product attributes, listing structure, and customer preferences to keep listings relevant and appealing

•       Work closely with the photography, video and design teams to ensure product images and media align with written content

Requirements:  

•       Bachelor’s degree in a related field

•       Proven experience in fashion or gold content creation, preferably in e-commerce or retail

•       Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

•       Knowledge of fashion and gold terminology and trends with a genuine passion for fashion and gold

•       Keen eye for fashion and gold trends, aesthetics, and visual storytelling

•       Proficiency in the usage of different AI platforms and prompt writing

•       Strong command of English for the purpose of research and study of trends

•       Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

•       Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems and basic photo editing software

•       Familiarity with basic digital marketing and SEO principles and practices

•        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment

•        Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
