We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us build end-to-end AI and agent-driven systems. You’ll work closely with our AI Engineering team to design, build, deploy, and scale intelligent products powered by LLMs and AI agents.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy shipping production-grade software, moving across different parts of the stack, leveraging AI in their daily workflow, and building products that create real impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end AI and agent-driven systems.
• Develop and ship production-ready applications using Django and modern frontend technologies.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs with Django.
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to integrate LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent workflows into products.
• Contribute across the technology stack, including frontend, backend, and DevOps when needed.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Continuously improve engineering productivity by effectively using AI development tools.

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade software.
• Strong production experience with Python and Django.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong backend development experience with Python and Django.
• Good understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
• Comfortable working across different technologies rather than specializing deeply in a single domain.

AI-Native Development

We expect AI to be part of your daily development workflow. Experience with the following tools is highly preferred:

You should know how to use AI effectively for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, research, and accelerating software delivery.
