Job Description:

• Support customers in formulation, legislation, and production lines.
• Implement new solutions/products on production lines of industrial clients.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Perform tests and trials on pilot lines and in the laboratory before implementation on industrial lines.
• Visit customers regularly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues.
• Continuously look for new business opportunities in the industrial market (solutions to reduce clients’ costs, improve performance, etc.).
• Train colleagues, customers, and sales teams on GolnanPuratos product & process knowledge.
• Prepare reports.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in industrial cake production lines.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry-Food Technology or Food Science; Master’s/PhD is preferred.
• Expertise in industrial processing (equipment, operating procedures & settings, etc.).
• Understanding of the functionality of ingredients/additives and packaging materials in industrial cakes.
• Knowledge of local and international legislation in the field of food science.
• Knowledge of local and international best practices in the production of industrial cakes.
• Dynamic, analytical, problem-solving, hands-on, and interested in understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, passionate and respectful.
• Fluent in English.
