Treasury Financing & FX Payments Specialist

We are looking for a Treasury Financing & FX Payments Specialist to join our Finance team at Digikala.

In this role, you will support the execution and follow-up of banking facilities, financing activities, and foreign exchange payments. You will work closely with banks, exchange houses, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely transactions, and smooth treasury operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a good understanding of banking processes, foreign exchange operations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on foreign exchange payments, settlements, and related banking transactions.
• Coordinate with banks, exchange houses, and financial institutions to facilitate daily treasury operations.
• Support the application, documentation, and follow-up processes for banking facilities and financing arrangements.
• Track financing agreements, repayment schedules, and related banking obligations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain documents required for foreign exchange transactions and banking facilities.
• Follow up on foreign currency order registration, currency allocation, and related administrative processes.
• Monitor transaction statuses and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other internal teams to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of foreign exchange payments, banking facilities, and financing activities.
• Prepare regular operational reports on payment statuses, financing activities, and outstanding follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and applicable banking and foreign exchange regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in treasury, banking operations, foreign exchange payments, or financing activities.
• Familiarity with banking facilities, financing instruments, and related documentation.
• Basic understanding of foreign exchange regulations, international payments, and currency allocation processes.
• Familiarity with banking contracts and Islamic financing instruments is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of financial documentation, transaction tracking, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, particularly for reading financial and banking documents.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external financial institutions.
