Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of sourcing and hiring Tech professionals to fill technical positions.
Communicate with the hiring managers to identify potential job openings and their technical requirements.
Screen applicants for job compatibility by phone, video, or in-person interviews.
Source potential applicants through niche platforms, as well as identifying future hiring requirements and improving job descriptions
Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' skills.
Work with department directors to compile a consistent list of demands.
Candidate sourcing via various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method.
Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to find out which ones are most suited to open positions.
Support the company's reputation and its attractiveness as a career opportunity.
Contribute in boot camps, job fairs or any other venue in order to enforce the employer branding and find potential candidates and create a good talent pool.
Work with KPIs, be happy with reporting, and assess the process efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Bachelor's degree in related technical and /or engineering fields.
Deep technical knowledge with an ability to understand/ explain and discuss job requirements for various Engineering & Product roles.
Strong communication, both verbal and written.
Persuasion skills for headhunting the right persons and affecting their career decisions.
Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
Expert in HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Familiar with market and its competitive environment.
Fluent in English.
