As a Growth Data Analyst, you will dive deep into marketing data, such as campaigns, analyze large data sets, discover root causes for major problems, design long-term solutions, and execute the whole scope of digital acquisition (both drivers and passengers). The role is highly impact-full with goals that directly impact users’ experience and the bottom line of the business. The ideal candidate will need to be a self-learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.

Tasks in detail:

• Extracting, auditing, and cleansing data required for decision-making.

• Running exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and creating data models.

• Generating business insights, and providing practical recommendations.

• Designing and developing metrics and dashboards, to improve performance, reduce costs, or make key business decisions.

• Producing written documentation to support your work, and generating conclusive reports based on your findings to present to stakeholders.

• Planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, and performing experiments (A/B tests) to optimize conversion rates (user funnels).

• Monitoring continuously, reporting the performance of the campaigns, and assessing cost and effect (ROI and KPIs).

• Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.

Requirements:

• Strong business sense.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with statistical modeling, and analyzing large and complex data sets.

• Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially SQL and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.

• Familiarity with Stata, R, or Python is a plus.
