Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
• Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report progress to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams by implementing best practices and encouraging feedback.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their skills and performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

Job requirements

• B.A / BSc. degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or project management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale product and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with common Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Proficient in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and guide people
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
