Project Management Specialist (Sales Insight)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and monitor the projects of planing team.
• Partnership in defining project KPIs, assess progress, and evaluate current status.
• Develop project charters, outline project structures, and loops based on project types.
• Monitor project execution status by contractors.
• Assess project quality and provide solutions, ensuring resolution of challenges when necessary.
• Coordinate and collaborate  with other teams and  departments to advance plans and projects.
• Supervise the achievement of project objectives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management (Waterfall and Agile).
• High skills in data analysis and report presentation.
• Full proficiency in presentation skills.
• Full proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to use project management tools such as Trello is considered an advantage.
