Responsibilities:
•    Conduct thorough reviews of all company processes and functions
•    Assess and score the operational risk associated with each process
•    Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
•    Implement risk management strategies and monitor their effectiveness
•    Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements
•    Prepare and present reports on risk assessments and process improvements to senior management
•    Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to operational risk management and process improvement

Requirements:
•    Minimum bachelor's degree in management, finance (auditing, accounting, or financial management), industrial engineering, or related fields
•    Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in operational risk management and process improvement.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
•    Familiarity with risk management software and analytical tools
•    Professional certifications in risk management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
