Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends, using the data to optimize campaigns
  • Create, curate, and optimize engaging content for different digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns

  • Ensure that the content aligns with the brand voice and maintains a consistent tone across all channels

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results within budget constraints

  • Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience

  • Respond to customer inquiries, and manage online communities

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication with existing customers

  • Monitor email metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to optimize campaign performance

  • Utilize digital analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of various marketing initiatives

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates

  • Implement A/B tests and other CRO techniques to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.)
