Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Engage with customers on our social media platforms through contests, content, and other interactive activities to drive feedback and foster community interaction.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms promptly.
• Analyze social media data and insights to guide future social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate social media plans with overall marketing and branding efforts.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage reports necessary to show the growth and performance of the team.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand the company's reach.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience with social media management.
• Understanding of social media marketing/engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with a passion for social media marketing.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and excellent communication skills.
