Job Description

We need a team member with the title of Talent manager who has the following requirements at Asan Pashtin Persian Company (AP):
Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
- Conduct offer process.
- Measure and optimize key recruitment metrics.
- Update Job profiles.
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience.
- Lead generation and sourcing, recruiting, interviews, assessments, reference checking, job offers, and orientation plans about vacancies.
- Prepare monthly reports and create a database for data gathering.
- Analyze and design training needs assessment to develop training plan or modify and improve existing programs and prepare training budget for department or organization.
- Design and implement skill gap analysis.
- Implement talent management and succession planning programs to help with business excellence and continuity.
- Develop policies and documents necessary for talent and leadership development..
- Lead the coordination with line managers and business partners to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine the need for successors, and identify incumbents in key positions.
- Monitor the assessment of skills and competency results that are required for unmatched critical positions, and report areas that need updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of previous proven experience in talent management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Expert in talent sourcing, attracting top candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of key learning and development field concepts and methodologies functions and processes.
- training initiatives.
- Collect, and maintain talent and leadership development data (e.g. training activities, attendance, training satisfaction and effectiveness, results of tests and assessments, etc).
- Fluent in English
