Job Description
We need a team member with the title of HR Operations Manager who has the following requirements at Asan Pashtin Persian Company (AP):
Responsibilities:

- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
- Mastery of process development and continuous monitoring of the correctness of their implementation in the use of resources.
- Mastering the preparation of management dashboards.
- Proficiency in analyzing periodical reports and personnel performance results

Requirements

- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, government regulations.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
- Necessary understanding of finance and budgeting matters
- Master's degree in HR Management or an MBA graduate. 
- MS Office, HR technical software, and Office Automation System.
