Microwave Back Office Engineer

Job Description:

1-       Acting as microwave transmission BO engineer

2-       Handling microwave transmission issues on mobile network level such as trouble ticket or customer compliance within the SLA time

3-       Communicating and reporting to/with direct customer 

4-       On call engineer base on shift plan

5-       Analyzing and finding root cause of the network risks and issues

6-       Provide technical solution for service or performance cases recovery 

 
Requirements:

1.       Capable of commissioning, integrating and troubleshooting of RTN , MiniLink and MPR Microwave transmission devices. 

2.       Have good field experience of on sit level 

3.       Guiding on site engineer remotely during troubleshooting

4.       Experience from field engineering actions (preferred)  

5.       Adequate English skills

6.       Good skill on office production software (such as outlook, excel…)
