Responsibilities:

• Partnership in planning, developing, and executing SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and lifecycle.
• Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences for targeted marketing efforts.
• Create and optimize customer journey maps to guide campaigns and customer interactions.
• Implement marketing automation workflows and triggers to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time, throughout the WEBENGAGE platform.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and other elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute retention and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value.

Responsibility:

• Knowledge of E-CRM regulations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze customer data, including behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics
• Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools.
• A passion for customer-centric marketing.
