Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Get strategic questions and problems provided by Strategy team and other stakeholders, prioritize them and Design and implement research studies to gather outside-in  insights for answering the strategic questions or solving the problems.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the food industry
  • Consumer Insights: Design and implement research studies to gather consumer insights, including surveys, focus groups, and other methodologies
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market share, and strategies to identify competitive advantages and areas of improvement
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop reports and presentations that provide strategic recommendations
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior management, to integrate research findings into strategic plans
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external research vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Reporting: Create detailed and executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate research findings clearly and effectively
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest market research techniques, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance research quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to translate research data into strategic business recommendations
  • Research Methodologies: Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Data Analysis: Advanced skills in data analysis software and tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Excel)
  • Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their application in market research
  • Reporting Tools: Proficient in using reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Digital Analytics: Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and their integration with traditional market research
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
