Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product life cycle management from concept to phase out of product(s).
• Analyzes, identifies, and quantifies opportunities for new markets, product features, and ideas.
• Prepare, present, and execute business cases and business plans for new markets, product features, and ideas.
• Align product requirements with customer needs and business objectives.
• Full knowledge of software development and project management methods and processes.
• Develop market requirements, business cases, product requirements, and business plan documentation. Works with businesses to ensure quality product delivery.
• Decides, shapes, and supports product line enhancements or new products that support the overall business strategy.
• Set product strategy from concept to phase-out of the product(s).
• Monitor product development processes to ensure they come in on time, on scope, on quality and on budget

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide guidance, direction and set measurable goals
• Lead the planning of product release programs and manage expectations around the delivery of new features
• Experienced working with engineers in an agile setup
• Experience in full product lifecycle management, integration of customer feedback with product requirements, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
• Strong attention to detail
• Goal oriented with self-direction and drive
