Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Development  Senior Supervisor will focus on identifying growth opportunities and enhancing the profitability of warranty, insurance, installation and in door service offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for market analysis, relationship building, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
·       Participate in strategy plans to increase company revenue through selling available services
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with DK staff, clients, partners and suppliers
·       Participate in contract meetings and follow the related process
·       Create and deliver compelling service presentations to potential clients
·       Monitor revenue streams and work towards sustained growth.
·       Participate in sales, marketing, and branding strategy plans
·       Identify and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior
·       Negotiate and close deals, promoting sustained revenue
·       Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
·       Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
·       At least 4 years of business development related experience
·       Previous experience in a similar operational roles within the warranty and after sales service industry.


Skills:

·       Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
·       Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·       Competency in negotiating and closing business deals
·       Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
