Field Force Representative( Mobile) | B2B

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell Mobile and B2B Digikala Platform to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
• Achieve sales targets and platform Regestration.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s Platform.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide feedback to the company about customer satisfaction, product performance, and competitive activities.
• Complete sales reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven work experience as a Field Force Representative in Mobile Market.
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in field frequently.
