Job Description

We are seeking a  Sales Supervisor to lead our Mobile/IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and in  technology(Mobile/IT) is preferd. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends of Mobile/ IT.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the Mobile/IT industry.
  • Strong  team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
